Looking for help? Have you or a loved one had a stroke and you live in the Cincinnati area?

Meetings are held on the 3rd Wednesday of each month, 7 to 8:30 PM in meeting room E (1st Level Conference Center) behind the Cafeteria at Drake Center, 151 W. Galbraith Rd., Cincinnati,OH.



Park in West Pavilion Parking Lot. Take the West Pavilion entrance, walk to the left around the Gift Shop and through the Cafeteria. All stroke survivors and their caregivers are welcome in this support group.

If you, or someone you love, has had a stroke, here is the place for you. We will try to help you find the information that you are looking to find. Several of our members have had this experience for many years, and are a wealth of information.

Stroke Warning Signs:

• Sudden weakness or numbness of the face, arm, or leg, on one side of the body.

• Sudden dimness or loss of vision, particularly in one eye.

• Loss of speech, or trouble talking or understanding speech.

• Sudden, severe headaches with no apparent cause.

• Unexplained dizziness, unsteadiness or sudden falls, especially along with any of the previous sysmptoms.

Remember for a Brain Attack Think and Act FAST (Face, Arm, Speech=Time to call 911)

Not all of these signs occur in every attack. If you notice one or more of these signs, don't wait. Get medical help right away!
