I took this image at the last Tall Stacks in Cincinnati, Ohio. It's an event that brings beautiful old boats from all over to the Ohio River. This picture, or photography is no longer a photo but is not art. Some of my artwork is done on the computer.

I enjoyed working on this image in the computer It has the appearance of a watercolor painting done in a loose technique.
